Colonial Classics StoreAttention to detail and personalized customer service is what sets Colonial Classics apart from other lawn and garden retailers in the Tri-State area and has for over 60 years.

Shopping local has numerous advantages for our customers. This is not a home improvement store/big box store experience. Our associates can advise you on the appropriate plants for your needs and how best to care for them. We have the largest, most diverse selection of plant material in the area, freshly sourced from all over the country.

Colonial Classics is unique due to the fact that all of our landscaping designers, horticulturists, Master Gardeners, nurserymen and nurserywomen are highly trained and experienced in what they do. The members of our team understand that when they know more about your needs, they can meet and exceed your expectations.

That’s why our staff is committed to your satisfaction every time. Our slogan for decades has been, “Where the staff can tell you how to use what we sell”.

Please contact our management team for any additional assistance.

 Brian Schipp, Landscape Designer

I have grown up in the landscape industry since 1995 and to this day love what I do! After earning my degree in landscape design/ horticulture at Vincennes University I started my full time landscape design and installation journey.  My work ethic, customer service and creativity are what makes me who I am today.  I love meeting new people everyday and helping them achieve exactly what landscape ideas and dreams they may have no matter the size or difficulty.  In the off days I love being with my wife Olivia and playing with our daughter Paisley.  The outdoors is where I thrive, weather it's fishing, watching the St. Louis Cardinals, having a few beers with friends, or lounging by a pool or lake, it's where I belong.

Renae Newton, Landscape Designer

Joining Colonial and being part of this great team for over ten years, I have the privilege everyday of working closely with clients to dream and create beauty

within their landscapes and outdoor spaces.

Fortunate to have grown up enjoying the outdoors and experiencing the wonders of nature, I now have the opportunity to blend my background in design, horticulture and

customer care with the world of landscaping and project management.

I find inspiration through continuing to explore our natural world both big and small, whether it be hiking, the mountains, touring amazing gardens or simply discovering that newly emerging bloom.
